Love the idea of these three categories - very cute. But... how many UNPAID interns can afford a $90 dress? I have an actual salary & can hardly afford that.

The rules for the unpaid intern level are firmly established. The item must be under $100. Typically, it is under $50 but sometimes, there just isn't an item in that price range.
