I really like this skirt, but why did WHBM become White House, Black Market, and also some random Pink stuff?
I love this skirt at Ann Taylor Loft – bought the brownish one and the bright yellow one this weekend.
I always have such a hard time figuring out what kind of top to wear with skirts like this. I have hips and a booty, but a really small waist so tucking in tops makes me look disproportional. Could you wear a shirt untucked? And what kind? I am helpless!

…or i could buy about $20 worth of higher quality fabric and a $10 pattern and make it myself. Honestly, $84? This tailoring has only slightly more complexity than a table runner.
You forget, most of us don't sew, don't own a machine, and wouldn't even know where to look for fabric.
It's also on sale for $49! I second Katie's question though. I have a hard time balancing out the top to go with these types of skirts.
