Elgin Ponte Knit Blazer ($88)

Inverted notch collars are big this season, and I love the sleek, modern look.  This knit jacket has a structured fit, but comes in a soft ponte fabric and a pretty color.  Boden calls the color “soft red.”  In this photo it looks coral, and in the original, it looks pink, so I’d have to see it in person to be sure.

If you like the cut of the blazer, but want something in a neutral color there are a few choices on the market.  This Theory blazer is basic black (cheaper option, here), and this grey melange jacket has a modern cut.  But if you want options, bold colors are really where it’s at.

This bright cobalt jacket is pretty sleek, and this minty-aqua is nice for spring and summer.  I found this bright orange in plus size, and this eggplant jacket in petites.  But my absolute favorite is a piece you’ve seen before, the woven Aztec-printed jacket.

This jacket is lovely and it looks perfect and fresh for Spring. I just ordered it. Coral, pink, soft red? They’re all good.

I used ebates and the code DUAF for 20% off and free shipping.

FYI the Vince Camuto one is on sale at LT for about $90 and they’re having the Friends and Family sale too! I tried the mint one in store and it’s a perfect color and fits true to size.

It’s allegedly spring. However, for every minute of sunshine, there seems to be an hour of rain and gloom. So while I’d love to wear lighter spring pieces, it’s time to bring on the layers.

The Range: Spring Blouses for Work (or Zoom)

Since Sloane was born, I’ve fallen hard into a black, white, and blue wardrobe. This is not necessarily a bad thing, but as spring blooms, I need a little color in my wardrobe (and probably a little print too). Here are a few tops that caught my eye for work.
