4.collective Cap Sleeve Dress ($285)

(I honestly can’t tell you if this dress is long enough for work.  The picture says no, but the measurement of 35.5″ long says yes. It’s difficult to account for the height of the model.)

This one is my favorite.

Evan Piccone Cap Sleeve Dress ($69)

Plus-size? This blue dress is a bit more of a weekend dress, but it’s lovely.  Petite? This double-weave cap sleeve dress has a really unique shape.

Great post! Cap sleeves are perfect for the summer heat. They’re just this side of sleeveless so they work in the office. And the bright yellow is very cute!

I own the 4. collective dress. I am under 5′ 2″ and and a 0 is the perfect length. Not too short, not too matronly. The neckline is above my collarbone though and isn’t the most comfortable.

Just bought the white one– thanks! I think I need a necklace for it.

The Range: Spring Blouses for Work (or Zoom)

Since Sloane was born, I’ve fallen hard into a black, white, and blue wardrobe. This is not necessarily a bad thing, but as spring blooms, I need a little color in my wardrobe (and probably a little print too). Here are a few tops that caught my eye for work.
