10th Commandment: December 19

Dec 19, 2012

I usually post three items in the mornings, but I thought this jacket was pretty fantastic.  Perfectly capable of standing alone.

Anthropologie Dashes Knit Blazer ($98)

Sadly, I came to this party too late and my size is sold out.  If you like it, I hope yours is still available.  It also comes in a black and grey melange.

This blazer is basically one of kind, but I did find a few comparable items. I adore the metallic hints in the fabric of this open blazer.  This collarless, fitted jacket is also nice.  But if you’re looking for a basic knit blazer, this black one C. Luce looks like a good choice, and it also comes in bold cobalt blue.

Have this jacket and love it. I suggest ordering up a size, especially if you are broad-shouldered like I am.
Hope to see a two-ways post on it!

  2. Molly says:

Belle — you're not an XL, so your size is no longer sold out!

  3. Katie says:

I found a couple other colors (if you are regular not petite sizing) on the anthro website. Navy, grey, and light blue.

Business Casual Outfit: Linen Closet

And just like that, it’s April. Summer is almost upon us, and the retailers are filled with linen wares. Now, you know that I am usually unwilling to wear linen to work due to the wrinkles. But in this post-pandemic world, perhaps my mind can change.
