BCBGeneration Tigerlily Pumps ($99)

At 4″, these heels are a little higher than I usually wear.  But with a d’Orsay style and the cut-out detail, they take the plain black heel to a new level, so I’m in.  They also come in a pale beige, but it’s so light, I’m not sure how many women would consider it “nude.”

These Jessica Simpson heels in a textured, blush leather are my favorite heels all week.  These silver foil pumps from Nine West are awesome.  And these neon-coral 3″ pumps are a great way to add some pop to your wardrobe.

Looking for something basic for under-$50?  These Madden Girl Copycat heels come in seven colors.

I think I received a different Morning Line email today, and gmail actually marked it with a “similar emails are spam or phishing; please be aware” banner. Sorry I don’t have the exact quote or warning. Then I got this other Morning Line email, with the pictures and stuff. Just thought you’d want to know.

I was getting warnings in Firefox yesterday that a few of Belle’s links were redirecting to “forged websites” or something like that. Maybe it’s related?

    • Belle says:

Weird. I’ll let the person who designs the site know. Thanks.

Ooooooooh I want those shoes so badly, but alas I cannot wear 4″ heels. I wear a size 5 1/2! Three inches is difficult for me; forget anything higher. They’re so gorgeous, though!

It’s allegedly spring. However, for every minute of sunshine, there seems to be an hour of rain and gloom. So while I’d love to wear lighter spring pieces, it’s time to bring on the layers.

Business Casual Outfit: Linen Closet

And just like that, it’s April. Summer is almost upon us, and the retailers are filled with linen wares. Now, you know that I am usually unwilling to wear linen to work due to the wrinkles. But in this post-pandemic world, perhaps my mind can change.
