Once July 31st rolls around, I start to hear the song “The Final Countdown” playing in my head.  How can summer be on the downswing?  I’m not ready.  I’m not ready.  

For many of us, August means a drastic uptick in temperatures.  Who needs a refreshing summer cocktail for Friday nights on the patio?
